At X-Chem’s Budapest site, Viktória leads internal and external research programs, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong collaboration with partners. She joined X-Chem in 2021 through the acquisition of ComInnex, where she began her career in 2013. Over more than a decade, she has built extensive expertise in leading research teams, driving client medicinal chemistry initiatives, and advancing off-DNA synthesis programs.

Appointed Head of Synthetic Chemistry in 2024, Viktória combines deep scientific expertise with proven leadership. She earned her MSc and PhD in Organic Chemistry from Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest, followed by postdoctoral research at the University of Sydney, where she explored cascading reaction systems in biomass conversion, and at Cardiff University’s Catalysis Institute, where she focused on catalytic dehydration reactions in flow reactors.
